ZIRKA Daily Horoscope — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZIRKA Daily Horoscope app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

The App provides daily horoscope-style messages for the twelve zodiac signs, basic compatibility information between signs, and short motivational or reflective texts. Content is available in English and Ukrainian and may include optional daily notifications.

The App is intended purely for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not provide fortune telling, divination, therapy, coaching, or any other professional service.

3. Entertainment Only — No Real Predictions

All horoscopes, zodiac descriptions, and compatibility texts in the App are fictional, generalized, and not based on personal data about you.
The content must not be understood as factual, guaranteed, or “accurate” predictions about your future, relationships, health, work, or finances.
You should never make important decisions (for example about health, money, work, relationships, or legal matters) solely based on the App.
If any message in the App makes you feel anxious or uncomfortable, you should ignore it, adjust your use of the App, or uninstall it.

The App does not replace medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional when you need real-life guidance.

4. Ads & Data

Advertising: The App may display ads (for example via Google AdMob) such as banner or interstitial ads at reasonable intervals.
Local settings: The App may store minimal settings on your device, such as your selected zodiac sign, preferred language, and notification preferences. These settings are normally kept on your device and are used only to make the App work as expected.
No account: The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
Third-party providers: Ad networks and platform providers (such as Google, Apple, or their analytics/ads partners) may process limited data under their own privacy policies. Please review their terms and use your device or store-level privacy controls (for example, ad personalization settings) if you want to change how ads are personalized.

5. Notifications

The App may offer optional notifications, for example a daily reminder to check your horoscope. You can enable or disable these notifications at any time in your device settings or within the App (where available).

We cannot guarantee that notifications will arrive at an exact time, that they will always be delivered, or that they will be free of errors. Your mobile operator or platform may charge fees for data or connectivity related to receiving notifications.

6. Acceptable Use

The App is aimed at users who are at least 16 years old, or who use it with parental consent where local law requires it.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering, attempting to access the source code, using automated tools to scrape or overload our services, or interfering with normal operation.
You are responsible for your device, operating system, and internet connection. We are not responsible if the App does not function correctly due to device-specific issues or connectivity problems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including text, graphics, icons, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Changes to the App and to These Terms

We may update the App (for example by adding features, changing content, or fixing bugs) or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and uninstall it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will follow from using it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including decisions you make based on horoscope content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to the App or these Terms, unless local consumer protection laws require a different jurisdiction.
