1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vocabra (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

Vocabra is a language learning application designed to help users improve vocabulary and immersion through lock screen widgets, notifications, categories, and interactive learning features.

3. Advertising

The App uses two Google AdMob banner advertisements.
Ads may be personalized depending on your device settings and platform permissions.
Third-party providers such as Google AdMob may process limited technical or advertising-related data under their own policies.

4. Permissions

Notifications: Used for vocabulary reminders and language learning prompts.
Internet Access: Required for ads and optional online content updates.
Widget & Lock Screen Access: Used to display vocabulary widgets and learning content.

5. Acceptable Use

Minimum recommended age: 13 years old or according to local laws.
You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, automate, exploit, or interfere with the App.
You are responsible for your own device, backups, and internet connection.

6. Intellectual Property

All app branding, visuals, design, and related content are owned by or licensed to the developer.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, translation accuracy, or error-free operation.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We do not directly collect, store, or sell personal information.
Vocabra does not require account registration.
Vocabulary progress and settings are mainly stored locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including:

Google Play Services

These services may collect limited data such as:

Advertising identifiers

Approximate location
Usage and performance data

3. Children’s Privacy

Vocabra is not specifically directed toward children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us.
