NeuroDream — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
NeuroDream is a vision board and dream organization app that allows users to create dream boards, write affirmations, add notes and links, personalize goals, use widgets, and explore motivational and self-development features.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
- For entertainment and motivation only: NeuroDream is provided solely for entertainment, inspiration, creativity, and personal motivation.
- Not related to objective reality: The App does not guarantee, predict, or cause real-life outcomes, events, or achievements.
- No professional advice: The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
- User responsibility: Any actions you take in real life based on ideas, goals, affirmations, or visualizations in the App are entirely your own responsibility.
4. Ads & Data
- Advertising: The App may display ads, including AdMob banner and/or interstitial ads.
- No personal data collection by us: We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data directly, except as necessary for the App to function.
- Your content: Dreams, affirmations, boards, notes, wallpapers, and other content you create are stored on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them or use a platform feature that exports content.
- Third-party providers: AdMob/Google or other third-party services may process limited technical or advertising-related data under their own privacy policies.
5. Permissions
- Photos/Media (if requested): Used only so you can add images, create collages, save wallpapers, or export content.
- Notifications (if enabled by you): Used to send reminders, motivation prompts, or consistency notifications.
- Storage access (if prompted by platform): Used only for saving or exporting content you request.
6. Acceptable Use
- Minimum age 16, or use under parental guidance where required by local law.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or unlawful use of the App.
- You are responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make outside the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, branding, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Madrid, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
