Focus Game: Mind Puzzle Match — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
A casual focus & memory matching game for entertainment only. The App does not provide therapeutic or educational services.
3. Ads & Data
- Advertising: The App displays a single AdMob interstitial ad during gameplay at reasonable intervals (e.g., between rounds). No other ad formats are intended.
- No personal data collection by us: We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
- Ad providers: AdMob/Google may process limited data under their own policies. Use your platform’s privacy controls to manage ad personalization.
4. Acceptable Use
- Minimum age 16 (or use under parental consent, subject to local law).
- No reverse‑engineering, cheating, scraping, or misuse.
- You are responsible for your device and network connection.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use the App.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Madrid, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
