Emoji Tile Match Memory Game — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

A casual memory‑matching game for entertainment only. The App does not provide therapeutic or educational services.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Remove Ads (one‑time): optional in‑app purchase to remove advertising (if offered).
Subscriptions (if introduced): auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage in your app store account. No refunds for the current period.
Billing: handled by your app store provider; their terms and privacy policies apply.

4. Acceptable Use

Minimum age 16 (or use under parental consent, subject to local law).
No reverse‑engineering, cheating, scraping, or misuse.
You are responsible for your device and network connection.

5. Ads & Data

The App may show ads unless you purchase Remove Ads. We do not collect personal data within the App. Ad providers may process limited data under their own policies; check your platform’s privacy settings for ad personalization controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Madrid, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
