Calmloop — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 31, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Calmloop (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Calmloop Does

Calmloop offers curated soundscapes (e.g., noise colors, rain, fireplaces, ASMR), tools to support focus and calm, and optional features like a Screen Time overview using Android’s UsageStatsManager. All processing for the Screen Time view occurs on-device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Remove Ads (one‑time): optional in‑app purchase to remove advertising.
All Noises Access (subscription): grants access to the full library while active.
Renewal & Cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage cancellations in your app store account settings. Fees already paid are non‑refundable for the current period.
Billing: payments are processed by the app store provider; their terms and privacy policies apply.

4. Acceptable Use

Minimum age 16 (or use under parental consent, subject to local law).
No reverse‑engineering, scraping, or misuse of the App.
You are responsible for your device and network connection.

5. Health & Safety Notice

Calmloop is not medical or psychological treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

6. Ads & Data

The App may show ads unless you purchase Remove Ads. We do not collect personal data within the App. Ad providers may process limited data pursuant to their own policies. See your platform’s privacy choices to control ad personalization.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Madrid, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
