1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using 67 (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

67 is a casual entertainment and skill-based game centered around performing the 67 hand gesture as quickly and repeatedly as possible. The App uses your device's camera and hand-detection technology to recognize successful gestures and count them during gameplay.

The App may provide multiple gameplay modes, including timed challenges, unlimited gameplay, and one-on-one (“Duo” or “1v1”) challenges against other players.

3. Camera & Hand Detection

• Camera access: The App requires access to your device camera for gameplay and gesture detection.
• Gesture detection: The App analyzes camera input to determine whether the required 67 gesture has been performed.
• Gameplay display: Your camera view may be displayed on screen while you play so that you can see yourself performing the gesture.
• Camera control: You may stop using the camera by leaving the relevant gameplay mode or disabling camera permission through your device settings. Camera-dependent gameplay may not function without camera access.

4. Accounts, Leaderboards & Multiplayer

The App may allow you to create an account or continue playing as a guest. An account may be required for certain features, including saving results, appearing on leaderboards, and participating in certain multiplayer features.

• Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
• Leaderboards: Your selected display name and eligible game results may be shown on public or in-app leaderboards.
• Duo challenges: You may invite or compete against other players to compare how quickly or how many times each player can perform the 67 gesture.
• Fair play: Results may be rejected, removed, or disqualified if they are obtained through cheating, exploits, automated tools, or other unfair methods.

5. Ads & Data

• Advertising: The App may display advertisements, including banner and/or interstitial advertisements.
• Third-party advertising: Advertising providers, such as Google AdMob, may process certain information in connection with displaying and measuring advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
• Account information: If you create an account, information associated with your account may be processed to provide account, leaderboard, and multiplayer functionality.
• Gameplay data: Game results, scores, times, usernames, and related information may be processed to provide leaderboards and competitive features.
• Camera data: Camera access is used to provide gesture-recognition gameplay. The handling, storage, or deletion of camera data is described in the App's Privacy Policy.

6. Permissions

• Camera: Used for viewing yourself during gameplay and detecting the 67 hand gesture.
• Internet access: Used for features such as advertisements, account functionality, leaderboards, multiplayer challenges, and other online services.
• Other permissions: Any additional permissions requested by the App or platform are used only where necessary to provide the relevant App functionality.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or automated systems.
• Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or artificially increase scores.
• Interfere with the App, its servers, leaderboards, or multiplayer features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, overload, or disrupt its services.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or competitive features where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the integrity of the game has been compromised.

8. Safety

Gameplay requires physical hand and arm movements and the use of a device camera. Make sure you have sufficient space around you and use the App in a safe environment. Do not play while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity where using the App could create a safety risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, interface elements, artwork, sounds, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, and other materials associated with 67 are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

10. User-Generated Information

If the App allows you to choose a username, profile information, or other content visible to other players, you are responsible for ensuring that such information is appropriate and does not violate the rights of others.

We may remove usernames, profile information, or other content that is offensive, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate for the App.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from bugs or errors. Gesture detection and game results may not always be perfectly accurate due to lighting, camera quality, device performance, positioning, or other factors.

We are not responsible for loss of scores, leaderboard positions, account information, or other game data resulting from technical problems, service interruptions, device issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Features, gameplay modes, leaderboards, multiplayer functionality, and other services may change or become unavailable without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App.
